Market Rules

Failure to pay attention to the details of the rules will not result in accommodations on our part.

Set up starts 2 1/2 hours prior to market and all vendors must be check in no later than 30 minutes before market open.

Food Vendors must have appropriate permits and licenses.

Tents must have 40 lbs. of weights on each leg for safety regulations (cinder blocks from any home improvement store is sufficient. If you do not have appropriate weights we will ask you to take your tent down.

Applicants will be juried – we want to keep a varied mix of vendors in each category

Booth payments to guarantee your space should be paid no later than Thursday. If you need to make other arrangements please contact us, we will work with you.

Reasons for dismissal from the market:  (1) packing up and leaving early (2) “No show” without any notice.

We understand things happen. If you have paid your booth fee and need to reschedule you have until 6 am the day of the event to roll your fee over, anything after 6am will result in a forfeit of booth fee. No Call/No Show will result in a forfeit of your booth fee.
